PREPARING FOR THE ISEE TEST
As part of the pre-qualification process, each student is required to take a preliminary Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) to determine his/her strengths and weaknesses. The ISEE is the exam all independent schools accept to be considered for admission. It evaluates your student’s vocabulary, his/her reading & reasoning skills and measures his/her proficiency in math. Your student will take a preliminary test as a part of GEMs’ application process. Should s/he be considered for referral to our Partner Schools s/he will be required to take the formal exam.
Once you have successfully completed the online application, your student must select a date to take the preliminary ISEE.
It is important to note: Your student has not completed the application process until s/he has registered and taken the preliminary ISEE. Should your student fail to take the preliminary test, you will forfeit your application fee and your student will automatically be disqualified from the application process.
